Yes, we do. Our system automatically sends out renewal notices beginning 60 days prior to the domain expiring to the listed email address for your account under "manage profile". The multiple notices are sent out again at 15, 7, 3 days, and 1 day. Please make sure that if you have any spam filters they are set to accept our emails.
Notices sent 30 days before domain expiration and on the expiration date can be also found under your clientzone account.
