If your hosting package was canceled and you would like to reactivate it, first thing you need to do is to contact our Accounts department with your request.
If we have a backup of your account, we will be able to recover and restore it for you. You will be required to pay an additional fee of $15 for the backup plus a full price of a new hosting package. After our Accounts department approves that the backup of your account is available, the following will be done:
- You will need to let us know the desired hosting package/billing cycle you would like to have
- We will create an invoice for the new hosting package + $15 backup fee
- Once the invoice is paid, we will restore the backup in your newly created account
